I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a family member the same day not even a courtesy phone call. They just sent me a cancellation email which left me scrambling to find somebody else which I could never get in time. Don’t waste your time with this company. They suck.

This is a SCAM company. Their game is to take your money and then write you back that your order was cancelled because local florist partners could not deliver. They promise full refund that does not come. Read the BBB complaints about this scam.

No stars if it was possible!!! Like the other reviews, my order was cancelled and they sent an email saying that my charges were refunded. It’s been 12 days and 2 calls to customer service that hasn’t happened yet. They just keep saying it’s showing refunded on their end and give it a few more days.

Seems to be a trend and repeated. I ordered flower delivery. Got an email that they cancelled the order and that I was refunded. That was May 15, 2024. Today, July 16 - nothing. I've emailed them 3 times. They reply with an apology for the delay and again a promise of 3-7 days for the refund. I have reported them to my bank as a disputed charge. Hope to get refunded. Order: 229718 UPDATE: Interestingly enough, once the bank contacted them with my proof, they did refund the money - but I never would have gotten it, I believe without the push from the bank. Just find a different florist. It's happened to too many people. Sorry Saratra...get better.

SCAM! Transaction Date: 06/23/2024 Amount Paid: $91.47 US We ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered for our daughter's birthday the next day. Upon completing the order, my card was charged, but my order was immediately canceled via email. I received an email notification of the invoice showing the fully refunded order. I reached out to Sarata Florist via email, making them aware that the refund has not been returned to my bank. I have yet to receive my money!!! Margaret Reys is the key contact, however, the emails could be an autoresponder. I noticed the company name changes between Sarata Flowers and Sarata Florist in the email response. It's been 3 weeks, and I want my money back! I have reported this company to the BBB.

This company is a scam!!! You can't call customer service. After my flowers didn't get delivered and my card got charged I did some research. Same thing as others. You get an email saying they couldn't deliver the flowers and then they say (AND THEY DON'T) that they're going to refund your money. I also put a complaint in with google as this was the first website that came up when searching. That's what I get for going with a company I've never used before.
