They canceled the order immediately and did not refund me. I order flowers in May and have been waiting for a refund for two months. I’ve been consistent with emailing them so if you want your refund don’t stop emailing and threaten to report. Just got my refund today thankfully.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! They immediately cancelled the order sent an email saying they are refunding the money but DO NOT REFUND the money!!! What a terrible thing to do to someone who’s needing flowers for a special occasion! When I call customer service they say In broken English refund money 2 days 2 days refund money and they are rude they won’t say anything more besides refund money 2 days and it’s a big fat Lie!!! They emailed me after I sent in this complaint two days ago and stated give us 2 days to refund the money rest assured she said and it’s been another two days and NO REFUND!!!

Just like everyone else !! Ordered flowers and order was cancelled ! Took my money !! I called them back for a refund and they said they would credit my account and never did !

Would give them 0 stars if possible. This is a scam company. 2 minutes after placing my order (and them taking payment) they sent me an email saying that they can not fulfill the order and I would be refunded. Over a month has passed and I have emailed and called them many times, each time they claim the refund is started and it will be in my account within a couple business days. As of now almost 2 months later, still no refund.

Horrendous! They did nothing to veil with “unavailable” over those items for which they claimed they could not provide; took payment, and, charged me instaneously.. without providing any service whatsoever! Sent a bill, a lame-ass email short nothing of FRAUD! as a letter of cancellation *@ end of my persons’ holiday when purchase for that day expected delivery was made early a.m. and now could do nothing ‘on-time’. DEPLORABLE! No sense of propriety, honor or ethics. waayy FOREIGN w major accents!! They claimed 5-10 business days for refund ..NOTHING!! I stopped payment & will follow up with the Better Business Bureau ‘n more..

I ordered flowers for my aunt's birthday for delivery out of state on May 17, 2024. My money was taken immediately and shortly after that I received an email notifying me that they could not fill the order and would refund my money. Approximately 4 email promises for refund and 2 months later, I still have not received my refund for $78.43. I've reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and would have given them 0 stars, if possible. I paid for flowers that were never delivered and did not receive my refund that was promised. UPDATE: I finally received a refund on July 25, 2024. Still, this is not a legitimate company. Look up the address they list on Google Maps/Earth and you'll find a Bank of America location.

This place is a scam . Once you order then they say they could not deliver and will refund your money but they never refund your money . BBB is also saying they are a scam . Report them to the BBB so they can be put in jail for stealing peoples money. Also notify your bank.

This business is not a legitimate provider of goods/services: sarataflorist.com. They cancelled my order the same day I placed it, with regret to inform me it could not be fulfilled and I would be refunded. Three weeks later, upon calling, I had a very unpleasant and condescending exchange with Peter, informing me that Peter was the top person and only person that works for the company and to wait for my refund to show up in my account. When emailing the customer service manager Marget Reys, you get a generic AI-driven auto-reply.
