For those that have been scammed and not refunded. Call them repeatedly all day long. Demand your money back. When they hang up, keep calling. Tie up the phone lines so they can’t continue to scam people (800) 723-7788 is their number. I don’t think Margaret Reys is a real person but someone they transfer too who makes promises while the company continues to scam more people. Just read all the reviews here. Report to BBB and reportfraud.ftc.gov

This florist is a scam. Do not order here ! I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday and they charge me . And they were never delivered. And they didn’t refund my money.this was in July 29 2024, and I had called several times and they say you will have your money back . And today is August 29 2024 and I never got my refund back . Be very careful with this people . The take your money and they don’t deliverd anything.

Total scam.! I thought I was ordering from a local florist and ended up ordering from Sarata. They could not fulfill the order for my Mother in Law's funeral. I received the cancellation email from a 'Margaret Reyes' (no contact info or phone number) that said I would receive a refund. They next email said the $ was refunded but the funds NEVER hit the bank. I have called the 1-800-723-7788 repeatedly with no resolution.

This company is a SCAM. Should be able to give them a -0 rating. They are taking people money and then claiming that they refunded the money but the customer NEVER received the refund. Placed an order 8/8/2024. Order was canceled 8/8/2024... it is 8/28/2024 still no refund.

8/28/24 I posted the below 8/27, then immediately emailed Sarata to ask for refund status, and today I see the refund pending to my credit card. Wonder if they saw this post! 8/15/24 Same story as everyone else's. Ordered flowers over the phone, received confirmation email, order was suddenly cancelled via email 30 mins later, and then another email claiming a refund was issued. The charge already went through and a week later I sent a email asking about the refund. "Margaret Reys" said they are working on it and I have yet to receive a refund. I have reported the incident to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and am going to call my bank about the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

This is a scam complete. They offer goods and services, cancel your order immediately after it’s placed, then lie about your refund until you hopefully forget about them. Look them up on BBB. Stay far away.
