Ordered 3 different styles of Rain coats. Actually keeping 2 of the 3 since one was a little heavier(nice for cool Springs!) But needed to return the third one—quick response with info and return label sent! Nice products and craftmanship

Delivery was very quick! Only took about 2 days for the product to arrive and it will suit my needs perfectly. Ponchos are light weight and can be easily stored in their pouches when not in use for travel.

I am impressed with Saphirose. They do not offer free return shipping; but state that clearly and return instructions are easy to follow. Their customer service responded promptly to all email inquiries. In addition, as soon as I got my return into the mail, I received a notice that my requested exchange product had been processed and sent. The lightweight, packable women's long rain jacket is exactly what I wanted for travel. ~Naturally is rather wrinkled from being stuffed into a small pack, but I think it will smooth out if hung. The color Navy is exactly as shown, AND it even has a double zipper which glides smoothly.
