The gentleman that spoke with me was super helpful, patient, kind, thorough. He was a blessing to me. I’m building my credit
I’m building my credit. Santander made it easy to get started by approving my loan. The app is so easy to use too. I’ve also spoken with customer service. They are so nice and very helpful. Thank you

Second time around …
It's great cause this company gave me another chance after I paid off the other loan before the date and it was very high interest but it gave me another time with this purchase of the 2020 Chevy.

customer service experience
Update: Well I got very impressed and have to come back and change my review. After I posted this, I received a call from Santander and the agent apologized and said that was a misunderstanding and she sent me the title of the car right away while I was on the call. That was indeed a customer service you don't see much these days. I appreciate it. Awful and very slow customer service.. I just wanted a copy of the title to register the car in another state, it took me 1 email, 15 min phone call and they say it will take 7 business days!!!! Now I cannot register the car and so cannot drive it

Santander is always amazing at…
Santander is always amazing at financing, however the dealership, Tarvarna Infiniti of North Miami, still hasn't delivered my vehicle. They lied multiple times during the course of the transaction. I have paid $350 last month on a vehicle that was not and is still not in my possession! But, Santander is awesome 😎!
