This website is terrible. Everytime I need to do something is a stress. I am trying for days to setup autopay on a loan and there is no way to do it.

This would be another reason for no one to use this company, But let me shed some light on their fake response- In 2023 I bought a new 2023 Chevy Silverado custom off the sales floor with 12 miles on it- had a 530 Credit score and because the finance department at Maher Chevy wasn't in bed with companies like this one-they secured a loan with GM financial for 12.5% and fast forward to now and 21.9% with this crooked company and have excellent payment history and a 615 credit score....tell me how does this make sense to real working class people! Oh----and found this out after digging....... This is the WORST customer service experience in my life. Good luck trying to accomplish anything except listening to a myriad of robot voices. You will NEVER speak to a human being. I wasted 14 hours over the course of 6 days trying to get ahold of human being at Santander. I finally decided to stop making payments and notified the organization I would NOT submit any more payments until a rep calls me. If you are trying to purchase a car and the dealership mentions SANTANDER - by all means pick up your belongings and run away. This is the WORST customer service experience in my 65 years of life.

Your website is having issues and I cannot sign up for online banking. This is day three of attempting to create account to do online management of my account.

Non existent customer service that will not help me log into an auto loan account that has had the same password and was not changed. They told me to call back in 72 hours which also did not help. If my rate was not 1.9 percent I’d just transfer the loan.

I have a Santander lease for a vehicle that was totaled 63 days ago. The insurance company has been trying to pay off the loan for 40 days. Santander customer service is awful, it's all outsourced to representatives in India. Every week, they say they will fix the problem within 3-5 business days. Insurance sent me proof of payment that cleared 13 days ago, and Santander says they haven't gotten a check. Meanwhile, I'm still making payments on a vehicle that has been totaled for two months. Supposedly I will get a refund...that should be fun to chase down.
