You guys sold me a dangerous car!!! All the lights came on and the car is in the shop for repairs that’s totaling $3000 to be fixed because the warranty was VOID because if a previous accident!!!

My vehicle was recently repoed. The finance company doesn't know how to keep records. We started paying a month early. When we needed to miss a payment, it won't be fine. They called every month to tell us we were a month behind. So each month we had to explain that we are not behind that we starting paying early. When they repoed my van, they took my handicap plates, and refuse to give them back. I have cerebral palsy.i had equipment in the van to aid me, again Santander didn't care.

I spoke with customer service due to my account stating $0 due then changing to past due. I had a call for 20min but only spoke with representative 3min at best. They continued to put me on hold excessively. They spoke clearly until they realized I had a payment made for the month I was also past due for. Then suddenly every time they came off hold spoke unclear. Untimely had no resolution. Directed me back to the dealership yet my loan and payments are not with the dealership.

I would rank this 0 stars if I could. I am extremely angry. I just bought the car and the first payment wasn't due until 9FEB25. I wanted to get ahead of the game, so I made 2 small payments totaling $200. When making the payment, there was NOT an option for a principal reduction payment, and I would later find out that because it was made 30+ days in advance, it automatically defaulted to principal reduction. It never stated that anywhere. I called and asked this after I made a full payment, and was told since the major payment hadn't posted yet, I need to call back and ask to have the original $200 go toward the March payment. I did, and both the customer service rep and supervisor told me they can not actually do that and I basically lost that $200. My payment reflects the full balance due 9MAR25 when it should be $200 less. I am trying to get ahead of the game with my payments but have been told I will be penalized for doing such. As a result, I definitely will not be a repeat customer of yours and would be excited if my account got sold elsewhere.
