My experience with Stephon on purchasing my car was great he is very understanding he is very knowledgeable and also he is very kind he did a very good job to help me and my wife purchase 2 cars in one day I am thankful that he worked with us and understand our situation I would definitely recommend everyone to him I definitely believe he deserves a raise

I've financed with Santander in the past. I was always treated like family, not a number. Their CS is excellent and their staff very professional. I am happy to be back.

Quick & Easy Website
Just received the welcome email from Santander for my Tesla loan. The website is super easy and user friendly. I was quickly able to set my home address, paperless billing, enter insurance info and setup auto-pay. Now on to my next tasks for the day.

Cant fill out forms for car registration
We have a car loan through them they have been great about that. Recently we moved and in order to get plates on our car we needed Form 5834 filled out and notarized and sent to the DMV. We have been trying for over a month to get it. They sent us 2 other papers from the form but not the form without form they won't let us register our car. They said the DMV has to send form The DMV says they don't do that. Its as simple as typing Form 5834 Missouri in google website to get it We have faxed form several times to them. Why is this so hard. We are unable to drive our car because no registration. I mean really? Update: Spoke to Santander they are expediting the form within 3-5 business days. Thanks
