I’ve called the customer service line…
I’ve called the customer service line and every time I talk to a person I get different answers. There’s no consistency. The Customerservice department is not on the same page so it makes it difficult to accomplish, what I need.

ATM Ate my card and a check I was…
ATM Ate my card and a check I was depositing. Been 30 days and still no progess on processing the check despite branch personnel actually having the check in their posession. Each call to customer service you speak to a new representative who makes up the policies as thay go. The day it happened I was told a provisional credit would be applied to my accout but that never happened.The ATM is in the branch by the way, their machine in their branch.

What a pain in the ass!
I am trying to create my brand new account and trying to login so that I can make my first payment. For whatever reason I can’t login and this is turning into a huge pain in my butt that I do not have time for! This is ridiculous. Your customer service rep was supposed to send me an email to reset my password which I never received. So I chose to reset my password on my own and I still can’t get into my account. I guess you guys don’t want your money that bad.

Terrible Company
Let me start with, I would give them 0 stars. Paid off loan over 10 weeks ago and can't get a lien release from them. Customer service is terrible. They keep telling you it will be handled but nothing is being done. Do not use them!

the worst bank
Customers should not have to contact support multiple times to receive consistent information about funds that belong to them.

I am in need of talking to an actual…
I am in need of talking to an actual human..so where is your customer service? I have a phone number that keeps u in a constant loop..the acct number I have isn't correct obvious..and its from a letter you printed it on to me to confirm a payoff. Frustrating.

You don't answer any questions it's a generic text situation and it's probably the worst website I've ever seen for help it's horrendous it's horrific and your people don't speak English. You actually make me very very upset!!! Call me ASAP at 305 773 7260 RC

This company sucks
This company sucks. First you can’t get someone who actually speaks English as a first language. They told us our son is not currently on active duty. He’s in between the UAE and Iran on an Aircraft Carrier. They want him to call them. Apparently they don’t understand how a war works. I would advise against ever using this company
