Trainers lovely but not correct fitting for me. Still waiting for my refund, 3wks. If I'd have read how slow refunds take I wouldn't have ordered. I need new trainers and don't want to splash another £150 out. PULL YOUR FINGERS OUTA

Excellent products and service. I ordered 2 pairs of trainers in different sizes as I’d read you should size down. This was correct, I’m usually a 39 but the 38 was the better fit. I retuned both as my favourite pair were in the size 39. Refunded no problem, exchanged quickly

The first pair was ordered on 10 December and returned immediately as too big. I ordered a smaller pair and was very happy, but I’m still waiting for a refund for the first pair! I have chased and chased, and keep getting fobbed off, even though they confirmed they were back in the warehouse 12 days ago. Don’t bother ordering unless you can afford to lose your money if returned.
