I had already ordered the classic C20 so decided to order a pair of the Savannah but the werent to my liking so returned them. After nearly 3 weeks i still had not received my refund and contacted them . Their reply was swift and advised me of the problem and that they would put my refund in place in 24hrs. High praise for the customer service provided by Tsholo.

I was impressed as soon as I stepped on my new Lala shoes! The footbed is well cushioned and felt very comfortable. I’ve had problems with my left foot and wanted the extra height that this model offer. I had to pre-order as by the time I’ve made up my mind to buy this pair, it was no longer in stock, however, it came 2 weeks early than the original date of delivery which was a bonus. I do feel like it’s coming off my ankles when I walk but after tightening the shoe laces it was much better. There’s still a teeny bit of pull to come off but it’s the right size for me so I will persevere in tweaking the shoe laces.

This is my second pair. I bought them for a holiday to Paris as I knew I’d be walking miles and wanted comfort, needed a trainer but wanted something that dressed up well too and they did this. I would have had no hesitation in marking it as 5* but the glue has failed on the edge on one where I bend my foot. Size - generous in both width and length which suits me perfectly. Soles are exceptionally good for extreme shopping and site seeing, my preferred shoes every day! Wonderful

Beautiful Trainers! Unfortunately I have had to return as the back is to high for my heel, so upset as I really love these shoes, otherwise comfortable. Good service, hoping to receive refund promptly!
