Although we are based in the United States, some of our handcrafted pieces are shipped from our international logistics hub when stock is limited in the U.S. — especially during peak periods. Your order was placed during a high-demand window, and the shipping company experienced unexpected delays, which unfortunately impacted your delivery time. Please note that our website clearly states the estimated delivery time is 5–15 days for handcrafted items, and we always strive to meet this timeframe.
