Balance bill resolution. The education, support, and action provided by the member advocate is such a huge differentiator for Sana. For the first time in my healthcare journey as a “member” I felt like an actual person, respected and advocated for.

The service rep was helpful and informative. My issue is still ongoing and not yet resolved, so hopefully it will be concluded soon.
