I had surgery for breast cancer in mid October. I was supposed to start chemo mid November but I needed a few tests. BEFORE my the company where my husband works switched to your insurance, they asked every question that they needed to to make sure that I would get the services that I needed. The representative that signed them up on the insurance miss lead them greatly because the services were not available in our area like he said they were, and things were very confusing and difficult to figure out and it took several weeks. So my treatment was delayed by several weeks. They were details of the coverage that were not clear, and they were misleading. You could not get through to anyone at the insurance company to ask a question even the representative could not get through so when somebody finally called me back, it was 2 days later.

It is very difficult finding in network facilities. Medical facilities are not familiar with your company. Therefore it is very irritating to be confronted with this issue especially when you are not feeling well and just want to be seen. I have very few sick visits, but unfortunately I was pretty ill and had a very unsatisfied experience. I've worked in the medical field, and I understand it takes a while to get companies familiar with your benefits and policies, but there should be a central line that can direct to a nearby in network facility. I think that needs a great deal of improvement. And Rx do not seem to be any better.....

Dont cover a number of procedures. Difficult to locate providers outside of Texas. A number of the "perks" are not available in all areas.
