I think that the customer service that I received from the team working with me has been great so far! I went to my son's allergy appointment today and had already checked with online Sana providers list and Dr's were listed. At first the front reception gave me a problem, trying to tell me that it wasn't accepted and I let them know that it was- they contacted the benefits person and they contacted Sana and it was accepted readily and the reception was so surprised and said in past everyone had to fill out a form for every appointment but told me in future it was marked in our file that our Sana insurance was accepted and we shouldn't have to file any forms- she said it was first time that she saw this go so easily for patients. Thanks Sana!

My rep, Janet Grundstrom, is awesome! Always helpful and responsive. She makes working with Sana simple and easy, which is great for an HR department of one. Communications from Sana are consistent and clear.

The lady that I spoke to initially was very nice and helpful. She did exactly what she said she was going to do. My doctor will accept my insurance.
