The customer service has been phenomenal.

My first time using Sana, we had a little snag as the provider requires additional information. The Sana team has been extremely responsive and helpful in working to get things sorted out. Five stars for personalized care from an insurance company! Who even knew that exists?!

The benefits they provide are top notch at a very competitive price. Their support is great & our dedicated rep. Hayley responds timely. I have no complaints. We've been with Sana since 2022 and just renewed with them for 2023.

I'm new to Sana and had some questions. When I couldn't find an answer in the knowledge base, I was able to speak to a live agent pretty quickly. They had a great attitude, answered all my questions, and made me feel well cared for.

Sam Branstool was excellent. He is always there to answer questions and update status of pricing and how the program works.

Great customer service! Open network is easy to see any doctor and great rates! The only negative is that they're not well known yet, but that just takes time.
