You guys dropped our company as a provider after 1 year because you said that we used the services too much. You offer these great free benefits and encourage us to use them but then pulled our coverage because some of our employees actually do. Awful business structure and practice.

I loved being a client of SANA and couldn't speak highly enough about the coverage and benefits and value. However because we had 1 incident that created a higher than normal usage, SANA dropped us!

When we called (833 726-2123) for Sana who goes through Smith RX to get my prescription approved(on the phone for 7hrs) we got spamed, we got asked for our personal information with keeping in mind that its an emergency They have the nerve to say we won $100.00 gift card.very unprofessional that they cant keep there own number that they provided on your insurance card.

Have had SANA for our employee group for 1 year. They unexpectantly cancelled us because of the claim amounts they had to pay. As a group we had claims of approx. 30k and we paid premiums of approx 50k. The company must of thought it wasn't profitable enough for them to not even offer a premium proposal increase for the next year. They only want healthy people to bolster their bottom line. Coverage was spotty but we put up with it being new to Ohio. As we all know insurance companies are hard to find that may be ethical and customer oriented and this one is no exception. Very Disappointed in their actions.
