I love all the stuff I have purchased from samuels I'm just sad that my ring I ordered that when I opened it, it was a missing a stone

I ordered on Thursday early morning. Invoice says arrives in 4-7 business days. They didn't ship the ring until Wednesday the next week. They said they would call when it arrived. It took two days to arrive. Arrived Friday afternoon. No one called me. I had to call them. Good thing nothing wrong with the ring but I wanted it earlier in case I needed to return it

I won't talk about jewelry because I don't know about jewelry. The items received look a lot what l saw in the catalog. However... it's in the details where this experience could have been a much better experience. The packaging and boxing of the jewelry was cheap, and it made me question the authenticity of the jewelry. Presentation is everything. Presentation shows care for the profession, the product, and commitment to customer satisfaction. It could have been much better.

I like what I purchased. I didn't like the fact that it took 3 weeks to withdraw money from my bank account.

The ring I ordered was beautiful. I however didn't like the fact that I didn't receive a tracking number for it until after I got the ring.

It is very difficult to get a hold of someone when you have questions or need to return. I have called 3x and cannot get through to speak to someone or even leave a message.

It's beautiful and your promotional price was great. However, I'd recommend better packaging. It would be good to use the Samuel's packaging and not the cheap box it came in. It looks poor quality when not packaged well. Also, I would recommend a different plank the necklace goes in. Other than that it's pretty and I know the people that received it liked it.

I purchased a matching ring to go along with my finance's engagement ring. The diamond wedding band came in a small zip-lock bag with no ring box. Very poor presentation. Good thing this will be given to her by the flower girl.
