The support structure in place made it easy to diagnose the problem, easy to order the part, and find an easy to follow video of the ins and outs of pulling the dryer apart, removing the open heating element, installing the new part, and reassembling dryer. Admittedly, it wasn't just your company through all of that, but evidently your company understands the importance of working with the people that supply that type of support. I work in the music industry, repair gear for important Folks, and have witnessed the collapse of that type of support in my end of things. It made the job of the dryer, start to finish a pleasant surprise. Thank you.
