TRISH G.
5 Stars for the driver. He was so courteous. He helped us in and out of the limo. He even stopped for one of us to run in a drugstore and pick up a church key, as there was not one in the car to open our small bottles of Champagne. I was disappointed that the Limo was not washed and shiny clean on the outside. The inside was very clean and stocked with ice. I would definitely use Sam's again. Easy to deal with and very accommodating.

Organizing a conference in a large city you're not familiar with, one of your major concerns is how to get your VIP's comfortably and smoothly from airport to conference and back. Customer service at Sam's Limousine (especially Mike Contello) was always prompt and professional, and flexible with our increasing and changing requests. Most importantly, they delivered! All individuals trips for our VIP's were executed in an excellent manner. Thank you Sam's Limousine!

The ease of booking online. Phone call for confirmation and driver being at baggage claim claim pretty much sums the experience up. The was also very cordial. He answers questions about the city that we had.

They were great! They showed up on time and really nice about waiting for us. Very professional and a great price . I had two different pick up times during the day and they were on time both times!
