Great trip. My only concern was that we had a seatbelt that was not working and our students had to be buckled. The drivers were friendly!

They were really nice and the price was very good, but there was some miscommunication, they lead me to believe we had some room for timing, when we were picked up I was told that if we did not leave at the initial time of 11 we would not be charged anything extra before 1 pm, and I thought it would be the same on the way back, told the driver to be there by 6, ended up leaving by 7:30 almost and we were charged like $300 more for that, would have loved to be warned that it's not the same as the first pick up, but it's fine, we ended up paying for it, and at the end it ended up being a similar price to competitors. Besides that we had a good experience

We love Sam's, but two of the buses were 30 minutes late this trip, so it threw our schedule off.

The service was great. The Limo was clean and ready for a party. It was very impressive to the group that got the ride around town. The driver, Mike, was great to work with. He showed up early and exactly where I instructed him. He assisted us with setting up the limo with the items I had purchased and followed my instructions well. I highly recommend Sam's Limousine Service.

Service Was Good. Communication leading up to the service was not great. Wrong email noted during a phone call to set up service resulted in not being contacted. Do not know why a phone call was not made. Clean vehicles, good drivers.

We used Sam’a for our wedding day. They came on time and communication was smooth throughout the day. The driver called me fifteen minutes prior to make sure I knew he was close by and that because the hotel wouldn’t let him stay idol, all I needed to do was let him know the Bride was downstairs. The ride was nothing special; we did wish we had some drinks or refreshments because it was a wedding party after all. Paying that price for two short trips, you’d think it was included. Overall no issues, just wanted a little more service.

It was easy to book a driver, did everything via email which is great for me & my work schedule. We asked for a sedan and got an SUV- nice upgrade surprise, but it was an older vehicle. In the end, it was an ok experience. Nothing spectacular but good for the cost and ease of booking.

I booked a limousine for my daughter's prom group. The process of scheduling the limo went so smoothly. Every question was answered and the evening was set to be wonderful. This was the first time any of the kids had been in a limo so they were very excited. When the limo arrived, the kids were very excited to get in, but the driver did nothing to make the kids feel welcome. All went fine getting the kids to their destinations that evening, and the parents relaxed knowing that they were safe. However, at the end of the evening, the kids had 15 minutes left on their time. They asked the driver to make an extra loop around the neighborhood before dropping them off at the house. He told them no and dropped them off early. Additionally, the limo driver was paid a very nice tip by the parents, but one of the kids did not know that and gave the guy another tip. I personally think the right thing to do would have been to decline since he was well tipped by the parents. Because my experience scheduling this service was so positive, I would use Sam's again and give them another chance, assuming that this driver does not accurately portray all of the drivers.
