Buses send limo on time for our wedding event. Ben handled our arrangements very well.

Driver was very nice and on time. However, he forgot the venue coordinator had given him the groom’s suit, shoes, etc which were put in the trunk of the town car. So it ended up at their offices which are about 45 minute drive across town from where I live. The groom is out of the country on his honeymoon. No one from Sam’s called to say they had his clothing. Fortunately the venue coordinator knew it had gotten into the trunk of the limo so we were able to locate it.

Very nice limo and arrived on time. Kids had a great time. I gave 4 stars because had a dent in front fender on drivers side. Felt that should be fixed if renting out.

everything worked out great with your service. the one area for improvement was the driver. He could not park and do pick up at agreed place in the hotel. Guests could not find him and he never communicated. He also had an attitude and was not proactive lifting guest on the wheelchair. thank you,

Everything was great, the driver was wonderful! Would recommend and use AGAIN! The only thing is Our radio never worked so we had to listen in silence after our Wedding to the hotel.

The limo we ordered had a malfunction but the company was quick to find a replacement and get us on our way. This is a very professionally run company.

WE LOVED OUR DRIVER. Very courteous and professional. My only comment would be the ride of the vehicle was very (very) bumpy - maybe the car needs new shocks? It was to the point of making us car sick - which was unusual and surprising.
