Sam's Limousine & Transportation, Inc.Reviews of samslimousine.com

My friends and I had an amazing time for homecoming using the bus. The driver was extremely nice and helpful the bus was very clean. The only thing that wasn’t amazing was the prices quite expensive for 5 hours when we were not on the bus for 2 of the hours.

Service was excellent. Driver was an absolute professional.

We had a very good experience with Sam's Limousine. The vehicle was clean, cool and the driver knew how to get to all of the stops in our rather large event itinerary.

Quince party bus My daughter had a magnificent experience in the party bus for her Quinceañera. The chauffeur was curtious and attentive. Our chaperone was very satisfied with communication between our photographer and chauffeur.

When booking, I was pleasantly surprised when I asked if there was a teacher discount. She was able to knock off another $25. The limo was nice and clean. My only 2 negative comments is to let caller know there is a gas recharging fee...I didn’t know that until I received my invoice. Also, our driver wasn’t very attentive. We stopped to take pictures for our first look. When we were done, he was sitting in the limo at the other end of parking lot. He didn’t see us waving him down to come pick us up because he was on his phone. Another limo honked at him as they approached him. It was extremely hot and we needed to get out of the sun. Other than that, I had a great experience with this company and would use them again.

Great driver and comfortable ride. Only complaint is that we had the stretch Cadillac SUV, which I paid extra for and is pictured on the website as one of the staple vehicles of the company, but 90% of the stuff on the inside didn't work. Bluetooth was broken so we were given an aux cable to play music but it was broken too so it kept cutting in and out. None of the tvs worked and only 1 speaker worked. I will use them again because everyone was a pleasure to deal with but I will make sure next time to get a vehicle that works.

I've used Sam's Limousine several times in the past and am always pleased with their service, timeliness and professionalism. This trip we had some hiccups, but they responded quickly and made everything "right" immediately. I'll definitely use them again!

The bus was very nice. Our first driver was ill-tempered and sleepy, having to stop the bus to get out and walk around. The second driver, Mr. Paul, and the third driver, Mr. Randy, were both professional and very helpful.
