Sam's Limousine & Transportation, Inc.Reviews of samslimousine.com

My driver, Logan, was the best possible driver I could have ever gotten. He was so sweet and polite, but while planning the reservation, my agent was rude saying I was “wasting his time” and also tried to charge me $480 for someone else’s reservation.

We used Sam's for a round trip shuttle for 19 people to and from the Galveston Cruise terminal. Everything was fantastic until the return trip. Arranging and paying for the booking was great, and customer services was great. Our shuttle picked us up at our hotel on time, helped with bags and got us to the cruise port without a hitch. But on the day we got off the ship, our driver called with some incomprehensible reasons why he didn't have the right vehicle and had to go back to Galveston to get a different bus, and then picked up the wrong one. In the end, he was 2.5 hours late picking up our party. We all had to wait in the heat at the busy terminal. We finally made it to the airport and were very tight to make our flight. Luckily our flight was later in the afternoon. If we would have missed our flight, that would be inexcusable. I try not to be a negative person and I understand things happen and mistakes get made, but when you don't get the critical service that you contracted and paid for, it is tough to give a positive review. It is not like we could just use a different transportation service when our driver didn't show up because we were required to pre-pay at the time of booking.

I booked two types of transportation. One was a party bus and the other was a stretch limo. They arrived on time. However, the driver of the stretch limo had no idea where he needed to go. Instead of asking for help from the groom/groom's family, he continued to drive around aimlessly until someone asked him if he knew where he was going. At which point, he admitted he didn't and the groom had to pull out directions. The groom was almost late for the wedding!
