The bus was absolutely amazing but the driver made the experience very unfortunate. He was unprofessional and rude- 15 minutes late and I had to call to see where he was. Did not know how to work his own GPS to get us to the desired locations and did not help with setting up Bluetooth music. At the end of the night, he was extremely rude and complained that the tip he received was not enough.

I was very disappointed with my service. The air conditioning didn’t work, going from cool to very hot every few minutes. We were all sweating the entire time and it was a hot Houston summer day so it’s as miserable. I finally called and they switch our bus for the last 15 minutes (our ride home). Our driver was nice but didn’t know how to work the blue tooth for music or try and fix or call about the air. We also had the wrong size bus. I ordered the 22 passenger but and they sent the 18 passenger bus. I have called two times to discuss my experience and no one has returned my call. I have used many different services in the past but my daughter found this bus online and wanted to try Sams. I will never use Sams Limo again and will never recommend them to a friend.

1. The driver was not a people person and he got lost or missed a exit on the way to the casino 2. The bus was dirty on arrival 3. The bus was OLD and not up to date. I requested one of the newer busses two months in advance 4. We could NOT connect to the Bluetooth to play the music and the driver did not know how to work it. That was a MAJOR problem for me. 5. Gave one star because the bus was clean even though very OLD.

The limousine driver began swerving into the oncoming traffic lane on the way back to our hotel. When I asked him if he was okay to drive he told me "yes and to just relax" in a rude manner. He then took the wrong turn to get to our hotel and we ended up in a sketchy parking lot. Then, to top it all off, when we finally arrived at our hotel, he did not assist us by opening the door when we were exiting the limousine or help us remove our luggage from the trunk.

First, the driver was an hour late. We had to be at the destination for my daughter’s birthday party at 8p. She arrived to my house at 8pm. Dispatch was no help and kept putting me on hold. I had to keep calling back. I never received any viable explanation as why she was so late. When she finally arrived, the party bus was not the one I had requested. I had 18 tween girls and a very late bus with a stripper pole (despite assurances there would be no stripper pole). The girls lost 30 minutes of their time at the event and to date, we’ve received no apology. I do not trust the reliabity and will not use or recommend Sam’s.

Bus driver should have mapped out route ahead of time. Got wedding guests at one hotel, couldn’t get to second hotel. Guests had to UBER to wedding.

For our wedding we rented a limo and a bus. First off, we very were pleased with the Limo service. The car was on time, it was beautiful and clean and John the driver was very pleasant and accommodating. We were really not happy with the bus. The bus arrived late to pick up the wedding party and there was no notice given that the bus would be late which caused unnecessary worry for the bridal party. The bus was a party bus with advertising all over the sides of the bus, I feel this was really inappropriate for a wedding. We had specifically asked for a shuttle bus and not a party bus. The air conditioning was not working properly on the bus and everyone complained about the heat, the driver did not provide assistance in the matter until one of our party really insisted that he didn't have it turned on properly. The driver stood outside the door of the bus with his hands in his pockets while elderly grandparents were alighting from the bus, he did not even offer a hand to assist. This is simply very bad manners. This was disappointing as we obviously wanted everyone to have a lovely day without any complaints but most everyone on the bus complained. I wont be using Sams again and I couldn't honestly recommend them to anyone.
