We do have our products third party tested in the USA to make sure it lives up to the highest quality standards. This includes; microbiological testing to ensure the product is not contaminated in any way and is clean. As well as confirming the product ID matches the batch we receive so as to ensure we sell you exactly what we list.

Hi Mindy, we admit that there was an issue with our customer support. The person in charge of customer support, while initially doing a great job, started to skip customer emails more often and we only found out afterwards. That person does not work for us anymore and we strive to do better with our new team member in charge of customer support. We will always provide a response to emails sent to us in at most 24 hours.
