Hi Yuet! Thank you again for your feedback. All the shipping of our products is done via Amazon and we do not do the shipping ourselves. Amazon is an immensely big logistical company and sometimes they do not have enough of our products in stock in the same warehouse to complete the entire order in one shipment. They will then ship the remainder of the order from another warehouse, so as to not keep the customer waiting for their order. This is also not our preferred course of action, but a logistical reality dealing with a huge company like Amazon. We hope for your understanding. Thank you.

Hi Kaia, we admit that there was an issue with our customer support. The person in charge of customer support, while initially doing a great job, started to skip customer emails more often and we only found out afterwards. That person does not work for us anymore and we strive to do better with our new team member in charge of customer support. We will always provide a response to emails sent to us in at most 24 hours.
