I was very happy to find an outdoor lab that gave me the test for the Corona virus. The organization went well, except when I arrived at the facilities there weren't any instructions. Instead I was met by robotic assistants that verily explain. In the estate that I was I felt very bad for my lack of preparation. Now when I reflect it wasn't my fault, I was ill , I was in need of better assistance

Received a false positive test, not sure if cross contamination, lab test mix up. But ended up costing us a lot of money as we had to redo all our travel in order to have time to retest for our destination. Would not use Same Day again.

Sameday was efficient and did a great job testing my kids. Results were always timely.

I had to wait over 2 hours in the waiting room and then another long time in the patient room. I never saw a doctor-just a nurse practioner who didn't even give me the shot I received-that was someone else that came in again after a long time. Also-I have very expensive health insurance but the receptionist insisted on not using my insurance as I was receiving a shot-instead charging me $75 for the shot instead of seeing if it would be paid with my insurance. Lastly, they said I needed to come back or go somewhere else for an x-ray because they didn't have anyone that could take it. That's when I really got upset about them not going through my insurance for the co-pay as now I'd have to either repay another co-pay or pay outright for the x-ray. I thought with the Tampa General Hospital behind them it would be a good place to go. What a mistake.

So close to home! Clean and beautiful inside the office. Using all the lastest Technologies. But the most important is always the customer service and it was perfect. Both of them were very sweet and made sure I felt comfortable.
