Usually great
Usually great, my favorite place to test, but not today. I showed up at 12:27 and the door was locked. They said they close for lunch at 12:30 and made me wait a half hour. My test missed the 1:00 lab run and now I may not be able to work tomorrow because they can’t guarantee it will be done by 6:00am. The lunch is not on the web site and no amount of asking to be tested would sway the very polite but wrong employee who wouldn’t let me in. He said they stop at 12:25 and I said the sign should say 12:25 then. It would have taken no effort to do one more test. I’m usually in and out under 3 minutes. They are extremely slow these days, there really was no excuse for sending me away.

While yes, we do have lunch breaks, our staff should have been more professional and empathetic. We will be addressing this issue internally and greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
