Sameday Health in Ballston Quarters did…
Sameday Health in Ballston Quarters did a fine job of processing my results quickly. What I am very concerned about was they had me first talk to a doctor for 20 seconds to tell them why I was getting tested and then they charged a $600 for the "doctor visit" as well as $45 for the Covid test, which my insurance paid. This was really taking advantage of Covid for financial gain and by overcharging my insurance. That is not what insurance is there for and it will cause rise in insurance rates for everyone. This was for service back in April 2021. Hopefully they have changed their practices.

The site was disorganized
The site was disorganized and appointments were mixed up. No vaccination cards were given out.

After another company mislabeled our…
After another company mislabeled our test for travel we scheduled with Sameday Health. Scheduling was easy, the facility is clean yet not sterile looking (more spa less clinical feeling) and the staff is AMAZING: friendly, helpful and knowledgable.
