Easy to use and very quick to execute testing and results - thank you!

Although our group of 5people paid around $150 each for 24hour rapid PCR test, the result did not come on time. After 24hours, I talked to Sameday call center to see when the result will come out, and they said by the midnight of when I called them around 10 times to make sure, but result failed to come out on time again. We had to take our flight the day after the test, but due to this issue our whole group had to rebooked our flight with penalty as well as hotels and also had to change our schedules in home country, but Sameday did not compensate for any of our loss occurred. Simply not reliable. I used Sameday about 10 times in the past for the $150 PCR test and I wish I had gone to other places.

Sameday Health has been my go to place for COVID-19 testing. Extremely professional, fast, efficient and affordable. They turned around results quicker than any other testing facility in town!

The app is very easy and clear to use. Testers are always very kind and results are fast. Very appreciative to you during this challenging season.
