When I have my symptoms, after I got tested they will call me about how I feel and what are my symptoms. They will asked me if I am feeling better the next day.

I gave a 3 Stars because the service/customer service could improve especially when you’ve took the time out of your busy schedule to schedule an appointment for yourself & your child to be tested & arrive on time for your appointment & no staff member was there to accommodate you is so unprofessional. Especially when you receive multiple text messages reminding you of your appointment hours/mins before to not be seen because the staff was a no show.

The app made it very easy to make an appointment. It was great there were so many locations to choose from. Check-in was fast and efficient and I received results within 30 minutes.

Other than a long line at the peak of the pandemic, we've had good experiences. It would be nice not to overbook for each time but they are efficient and move people along quickly. They've done a good job.
