I bought samebike Lo26 and after one month of light isage the bike broke. They claimed the controller is broken and should be replaced. So far itself 22 days sincr the bile is broken and i didn’t get replacement for the controller. I asked for returning the bike but samebike refused the return claiming the bike is used. This experience cost me lot of money, wasted my time and disturbed my life in a very bad way. I don’t recommended any one to buy this product or deal with those guys.

La bici es estupenda. En mi caso la utilizo por la ciudad y me va de maravilla. Es muy cómoda con la doble suspensión y las ruedas anchas.

It was diffucult to get a fitting fixed lock on the bike. Is it possible to have one off factory as option, already adjusted. For insurance a lock must be mounted

Понравилось, только цена . Не прошло и года , началась коррозия на корпусе и педалях. Аккумулятор ужасно держит заряд , с трудом хватает на 30 км. Вес хозяина велосипеда 70 кг. Нет авто включения освещения. Тормоза быстро пришли в негодность . Служба поддержки вежливо общается, но ничем не помогла .

I was having problems with my bike, but servise did what have to be done. Bike is great, evrything like in the book. Wery relaible product

The product was same as the photographs and have all of the same equipments so nobody fall in a doubt for while buying this... BUT ! I want to see a same light system in the back too because why not ?, chain must be better quality and more provement against the rusting issues and last one if we can see the time in the display screen it would be better for driving safety good to use it in rainy and windy NL conductions i'm happy to use it

Sends broken bikes and then asks you to buy new parts for hundreds of £. Sent a broken battery and won't refund it. Bought bike in august and it's been unusable since October and I keep being told to buy new parts where every part cost about £300, which I could buy a whole new bike from a proper bike company. Do not spend money on this company, absolute fraud.
