i never received a confirmation email for my order. and now that my e-check has cleared i haven’t got any email for shipment when i called the customer service number “no available agent is available”. i called 10 times. pathetic. if i don’t hear anything in the next day or so i’m going to open a fraud case for my money back

I have been happy with the quality of all my products. This is a good source for salvia and kratom.

This is my third edit of this review and it will be the last. I tracked my package with the USPS link provided by salviaextract after I placed my order, the package was delivered to the wrong address and I made multiple attempts to contact salviaextract for a refund or replacement. When that was unsuccessful I had to open a case with my bank to get refunded. I ordered on October 22 and it has taken almost two months to resolve this. The website has since revised their options to contact them so hopefully future customers will be able to avoid having the same experience as I did. That being said, considering the other reviews that are similar to mine I would use caution ordering from this website.

For the product I like, their price is really good. The delivery time has also been really good. I’d definitely recommend them for any kratom product.

I tripped for like thirty seconds tops, first time I was a bed sheet and saw Arnur. My friend thought he was killing parents. I want my money back! Plz, or send me more powerful salvia.

Don't buy from this place. I ordered sevral months ago and have got noting. They got my money though. I have sent at least 5 emails and get no response. I have called several times and get no answer. Total ripoff.
