Super convenient never heard of cash on delivery. And what do u know not even a full week on the east coast and showed payed the man that easy. They responded within a day or so to confirm shipment and exactly what ordered showed up stuff works for sure too! Great buy would recommend to anyone

Placed an order over a month ago. Was given the wrong shipping number, the money was taken out of my account but I have yet to receive any product. Have left several messages and emails as well as called and left messages but have yet to receive any sort of notification or refund. The order was #56431 34105 Meyer rd Cottage Grove OR, 97424

Ordered over 30 days ago and have sent 5 emails trying to get them to actually just ship my order. For some totally unknown reason, even though my payment went through successfully (with bitcoin) my order is in a "hold" status... The only response I get from an alias called "John Smith", and its always exactly the same response.... It goes as follows... Hello [my name], How are you? I am so sorry about the delay in shipment. I will check it for you right away with our warehouse and we will email you back shortly with the tracking number. Thank you John Smith Account Executive And then, absolutely no follow up.... The most frustrating part, is no matter how you phrase your problem, or what questions you ask (like whats the problem?), they ignore them and send you that canned response... -- Update 02/19/2020 Since they have actually replied here on trustpilot. I have recieved CBD oil and massive quantities of all forms of supplements to this address. I cannot find anything saying that it is illegal to ship through USPS or to an APO specifically. At first i thought it was a scam tbh, no one texted me back, their phone calls never went through, and i thought i had wasted 100 bucks. I sent a little bit more bitcoins than required, but they gave me a free 10x gram of salvia, while i was already receiving 1 g of 20x. Anyways i think this dude named john hit me back and confirmed my shipment. This company and the person who runs this company is 100% fair and goes the extra mile to please their customers! Plus took less than a week to get to my place over on the east coast. Much respect guys!
