No problems whatsoever

Fast service and a prompt response to my email. The product was as advertised.

They don’t acknowledge that you ordered anything at all. There’s no order number. No one answers the phone and you get these phony messages from John Smith. Yet they took my money and I’m still waiting for a tracking email a week later. I’m going to open a fraud case to get my money back. What a scam. Don’t buy from this place!!

So my order took longer than I anticipated and I became frustrated. However, the representative with whom I spoke with really saved the day. He took the time to call me and speak to me personally. He was empathetic and assured me he would have my order to me in time for my trip. He even upgraded my shipping. Thank you salviaextract.com for delivering quality product at a very competitive price. Will definitely order again. Only this time further in advance.

Ordered almost two weeks ago. I never received a confirmation email or any communication at all. They deposited my check last week and the ONLY communication I have had is when I reached out to customer service. And every question I sent, I recieved back "John Smith (Salvia Extracts) We would like to inform you that, we have already deposited your check and it will be cleared within 1-2 business days. Once it's cleared we will ship it to you." I have recieved this response from "John Smith" 4 times this week, no matter what question I ask. Again, my bank cleared the check a week ago.

do not answer emails, no communication, no phone number on website, order placed over 2 weeks ago---no contact or shipping info. Hello.....are you still in business??

It was my fault that I purchased salvia 60x when I really should have went a little easier on myself. Every experience I have had thus far has been too strange albeit interesting and I have done 80x and 100x before. Theres no other way of putting it as It is very difficult to describe the dimension that salvia brings one to unless one has experienced it and there is no way to prepare for it, but I have stood by it even though the experiences have been been frightening albeit very interesting. I have a profound respect for Salvia Divinorum because it is non toxic and not addictive (probably partially due to the dimension being too strange and off-putting) and you come right back to after a few minutes as if nothing ever happened but every time feels sooooo much longer than that. Very strange indeed. I have not tried anything else from this site, but so far, it is as advertised.
