We received appalling customer service from this company. We contracted them to look at our external disk drive in Boston. Instead they sent the drive to another location and charged us to get it back when they couldn't do anything with it. I then realized that they sent back the drive without protection at all, which will further damage it and prevent us from getting another (this time honest) assessment on the drive. We're very disappointed and will not be in a position to recommend it.

Look elsewhere. Worst service ever. Even when wanted to cancel the service, twice, never received feedback.

they suck. they quoted me one price to recover a disk and when i balked they began lowering away -- although still too expensive. i felt like i was at a used car lot. they go into hard sell right away. they lowball their initial estimate range to suck you in. and they charged an outrageous $40 to ship the disk back where i declined their services. a really, really...sleazy...experience.

They could really improve in their customer service department personnel. Rudest customer service rep. that I have ever had to deal with. I've been a secretary for over 30 years & deal with a lot of people in person & on the phone. Never in all those years have I dealt with a ruder person. They have some great reviews (that's why I chose them) but they didn't really do anything for me but take my money. Long story short if you pick them because of their great reviews make sure when you call them if George answers please ask for someone else. Believe me you will appreciate the heads up.
