Salvage Data is a life saver if your data is lost or destroyed. They are able to retrieve the data, even in the "worst situation" category, but boy will you pay. Their data retrieval services range from 600-2,000+. If you are willing to wait 5+ weeks for the economy services(I did and the bill was $800). They also promised a download of data along with a flash drive backup but did not follow through (my case manager told me what I was to receive and I got the download but not the flash). I was grateful that they were able to get my years worth of work , perhaps if you need their services ASK FOR A CONTRACT IN WRITING WHICH DETAILS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE FOR THEIR SERVICES.

The experience with Salvage Data was outstanding. I wasn't really sure whether all the data that was deleted in my thumb drive would be recovered! Alex assured me that they will try their best to recover everything that had been deleted. After several days I got a call from then and it was so pleasing when I heard that EVERYTHING had been recovered!

Even though not all the data was recovered lot of it was actually recovered and better the few than none. George thanks for the services it was a pleasure doing business with you guys

They took 4 business days to recover the data in my memory card and had it shipped back via Fed Ex. Highly recommend

Above and beyond any expectations. Our NAS drive died with critical data in it. Usually losing 2 drives in a RAID 5 spells doom, but Alex and the team assured me that they will their very best to recover as much data as possible. And they did! We got above 97% of our files back. Thank you guys and while hopefully this doesn't happen again, if it ever does, salvage-data would be my first call!

Salvage Data has one of the best customer care representative. We as a form have been using them for NAS server onsite recoveries that failed due to systematic or hardware malfunctions and they have been by our side since day one.
