I always get great critters! I have even asked for some favors such as..."please be sure this critter is the biggest I can get since he's going into a 300 gallon tank"...they have never disappointed me. I have had only a couple of losses and they had no issues with giving me credit.

I had one fatality in the cleaning crew I received. The emerald crab didn't make it past 3 days. I suspect maybe it was due to the hot conditions. I didn't receive my FedEx delivery until around 4:30pm and the package had rode around all day in the hot Florida sun; it was in the mid-90s that day. Unfortunately the ice pack packaged with the livestock was warm itself to the touch when I opened the package. I think this was more of an issue with the shipper conditions, and not saltwater.com. They had no idea how long the package would be subjected to the extreme heat, and if they started with more ice packs the livestock would have been subjected to extreme cold in the beginning. However, saltwater.com quickly credited me back the value of the lost crab as a store credit toward a future order.

I have mixed reviews. I ordered shark eggs. I had to switch the date of arrival and they were amazing in helping to move the date to which they arrived exactly as promised. My problem is one of the eggs is empty and now going through the process to return and obtain another one. I am hoping they will make this happen at no cost. My wish was that they checked the eggs first to ensure their were baby embryo inside. My other wish was that they provided more information on the stage of the egg and their hatching.

Prices are good, email support is quick. Can't beat their refund policy either, which I unfortunately had to use in one of my little guys.
