the worst! i have ordered from saltwaterfish.com before. most often things come shipped dead or very close to dying. even if you get your money back, all these creatures are dying plus they never reimburse you for shipping handling or repackaging charges. you are better off going to the nearest store and purchasing. i will NEVER order from here again. i let them know that and they didnt seem to care.

They offer to sell fish that they don't have. After you have paid for your purchase, they call in a day or two and say that "the fish did not pass inspection" and what other fish would you like instead? This happened twice within a three week period for blue hippo tangs (and once for snails). I could understand this happening once, but twice in such a short time period smells very fishy? This practice of offering livestock that is not actually available (or of poor health) is unacceptable. Each of my previous orders was several hundred dollars, but I will never use Saltwaterfish.com again.......This looks like a classic "bait & switch" tactic.

Shipping time is not what I thought it would be. Was expecting same day or next day shipping but 4 pm central day 2 no information. Other than that everything seemed fine.

I like being able to get online help with my questions on feeding and suggestions on ordering compatible fish for my tank. Great addition.
