Ordered bunch of fish and selected future dates for shipping. They charged my card but on the shipping date, they notify me saying they don’t have one of the fish I ordered in stock anymore. I’m thinking they forgot to reserve my fish aside and oversold. Instead of splitting the shipment, they asked me if I wanted choose a substitute or hold the entire order until that one becomes available. Part of the shipment was for myself but rest were birthday gift for a friend who recently started saltwater. Now it’s too late to order from different place otherwise, I would have to pay for Saturday shipping. Bad service. BTW is it even legal to charge card before shipping out the item?

Placed order put hold to deliver later in week. Called me hours before shipping n told me they don't have it but can give me a larger one for more money. Wasn't thorough when I asked questions. they didn't provide clear answers had to ask repeatedly.
