Great online reef store. Received my orders fast and everything I have received was healthy and doing great in my tank!

I gave 4 stars because of good customer service. I ordered a shipment of fish a couple weeks ago and 3 of the 6 fish did not survive. 1was dead on arrival and the other two died within the next week and a half. I followed proper acclimation, but to no avail. I since ordered a new shipment of 4 more fish, with part of it from the credit they gave me back. So I'm excited to see if these survive! :)

Terrible service and communication. On the day that my items were to ship, roughly at 7pm EST, I got a phone call stating they were unable to fill my 2 anemone orders due to unsatisfactory health of the ones in stock. I guess I can give them a point for honesty. However they had 36 hours from the time order was place to update me soonee, which did not happen. Furthermore I was unable to reach anyone on the phone and was force to bounce back emails trying to find a replacement at the last minute before i lost my shipping window for that day. About an hour later i got email back saying they were all out of bubble anemones. It would of been nice to have that info with the first corresponding email so as to not delay the order anymore. I just decide it was easier to cancel all together. The issues were not keeping there online inventory updated, the last minute update, and very slow response time to figure out a solution. This ship has sail, no more ordering from these guys. I ll stick to the more exotic vendors who don't rely on bulk orders to make money in this business. Yea i pay a little more, but the attention to detail and tlc to each order I now realize it's worth the extra cash.

I Purchase a Solar Wrasse, died shortly after acclimation and received store credit. This is fine but, but the problem is I don't want to buy multiple items again just to get free shipping again. Makes no sense, and forces you to buy multiple items just to get free shipping. You should offer at least free packaging or something.

They are always very helpful when I am placing an order. I can add items to my order up until the day they ship!
