Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

I have order marine life from this company several times and was pleased with the condition of my fishy friends descriptions are very accurate and prices are right in line so over all order away you will not be let down and your tank will thank u

I love the price and how easy it is to browse the site

Was great customer service

We had a few small issues but in the end we ordered our fish and coral thanks to Chrissy, the most helpful customer service agent ever! Thank you!

The reason they get a 4 or maybe even a 3 is cause my last ordered included fish DOA and rest died with in a week , the scooter Blenny is doing well , and twinn spot

Got a call the night prior to my shipment supposedly arriving.A few of my fish that i ordered were either unavailable or failed inspection. This should have been updated on their website so as not to waste my time and could have purchased elsewhere.

Website worked great! Some great deals, looking forward to reviewing the fish in my tank!!

Most of the items I received were diseased, skinny, or so small that they disappeared when I put it in to my tank. My freebie Naso Tang was not moving at all in the bag and was barely breathing when I started acclimating it. It died within two days and I wasn’t happy when I was told that it wasn’t backed by the garuntee policy. I spent an extra $70 for a freebie that isn’t garunteed? Nowhere did it say that they weren’t garunteed. The green mandarin I received died a few days after and I am still waiting for a response. Prices were fair on most things, but the condition of the fish and inverts aren’t the best. Customer service was fairly helpful.
