Never received order. Apparently there was a card error I was never contacted about. Was also told they can't ship the order to my home. I've had an order with every salt water fish seller and I've never been told they couldn't ship it to my address. Second time I've had an issue with ordering from this place, don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

If you wants half rotten, diseased, or otherwise unhealthy livestock then order from this company. But if you do not want to waste your money which you will not get back from their supposed guarantee Steer clear from this very terrible company

My order of fish died wirhin the first day got money back but half that money goes to shipping for New order. Ugh

Have always recieved excellent service and coral life where it’s a stock photo always exceeds the photo. Marine life comes packed well.

My entire experience with Saltwaterfish.com was less than stellar. My entire order arrived dead ( though to be completely fair, FedEx delayed delivery one day). There was a single 2"X3" heat pack included in the styrofoam box, shipped to the Northeast in December. My "free shipping" actually cost $10.00 (for what costs them probably $1.00) of packaging materials, and an additional 4.99 because of my location? The entire "Guarantee Request" system was probably the most infuriating part of the entire ordeal. The back and forth comment exchange made me feel as though I was banging my head against a wall. I do not believe anything I wrote was actually read on their end. In the end I had to call customer service directly. The representative I spoke with, who never did introduce themselves, was less than pleasant and seemed to want nothing more than to get me off the phone. This was my first purchase with Saltwaterfish.com, and most certainly will be my last.
