I did not think it was fair that i ordered $188.00 worth of marine life and when i went to use my $30.00 in store credit it wouldn't allow me to get free shipping. Free shipping was said to be after $79.00 as advertised! Also when i applied the code for the free fish it kept taking it off when i applied my credit. It literally mad me choose to either use my store credit or receive my free items. Not fair!

We have been using SWF for a few ears and have always found their service to be exceptional. Their no hassle guarantee is exactly that, no hassle. Recently, we had an order delayed by the shipper, which caused total loss. SWF immediately re-shipped the order with no questions asked. Why go to the local pet, big-box store with no guarantees? SWF offers better pricing, more variety, with an unparalelled guarantee. Using SWF is a no-brainer!
