So my first order wasn’t too hot. Local temps were in the 40s and they shipped with no heat packs. The reason I rate them 5 stars though is for their customer service. I reached out multiple times over live chat and they were helpful every time. Mistakes happen, what matters is how they handle it. Chrissy was super helpful, there was one other person who I forgot.

I got ripped off I ordered a 3.5. To 4.75 inch fish and got a 2.5 not worth 200 dollars ,I thought your company would be better. Not. I took pictures of the fish wile it was in the shipping bag with a ruler next to it Sent them to u 3 pictures and now you want me to take the fish out of the tank to send more photos next to a ruler…not going to happen. I will just take the hit ..beware they can send you any size fish. I ordered large got medium never buying fish online again shame on u. I’m thinking of posting on Facebook and instagram with pictures see what the people think

I recently ordered two fish from Saltwaterfish.com, and I am completely satisfied with my order. The fish arrived in excellent condition, and they are doing really well. I would order from them again.

Sheila provided me with outstanding Customer Service! I had fish DOA from last week, had replacements done and consolidated with new fish and corals I purchased for a new order. Sheila handled everything in a professional manner and transactions went very smoothly. I highly recommend Sheila, she is great! Thank you Sheila for all of your help! David
