I think there promos are very misleading and only used them the last time because I had a credit. But so not worth the money. Not at all a happy customer. Will order from Lifeaquarium from now on. Saltwater has done zero to help me out. Glad I'm done with them.

I have ordered quite a few times. In Aug I placed a order that had several fish that died. They rapidly issued me a credit. I placed a order September first and the website would not let me use the credit. Then when I received my order yesterday imagine my frustration when half of the items were dead. I went to their live chat and was assured my concerns would be shared with the management. Needless to say no contact whatsoever. After 2 bad experiences in a month, I am thoroughly convinced I am throwing money away to do business with Saltwater fish .com, and will not use them again.

Beginning a new hobby and everyone I talked to said this is the place. Will see just made a huge order. Will see how it is.
