Sent a standard dog face puffer was supposed to be a gold dog face 2 other items a twin spot goby and a bubble tip anemone were dead in the bag water temp was at 68 degrees Fahrenheit they put 2 freezer packs in the box and sent photos as they require for a refund never got a refund or a call back not a email nothing except wasting my money live aquaria is by far a better company to deal with

I do not buy my salt water fish, snails, crabs, you name it from anywhere else since I first purchased from saltwater fish. Great pricing, alotnof different varieties to choose from. I know that whatever I buy is packed well for shipping..will live longer than the 15 day warranty. I just owner when I put in my purchase in my 180 gallon salt tank..that it will not.mess with my water chemistry. Most importantly my purchases do not contaminate or effect the other fish, snails crabs starfish. They nice to deal with.

I have never felt more taken care of than with this company. We talked for ever about our kiddos and everything. So so impressed

Definitely recommend Saltwater Fish! I had problems with FEDEX delivering my order in a timely fashion, all the fish were DOA. Saltwater fish credited my account the same day and I received my live fish today two days after the claim was submitted.

Do not use this company. I was told that my order couldn't ship due to weather issues. They then rescheduled me for the following day. When it never arrived, I called again and they told me it had been cancelled again. I took 2 days off work to wait for the order that would never come. What a terrible company to do business with and offered no apologies. I will be using reef cleaners exclusively from now on.

I just appreciate the speediness given in getting my orders together and especially the shipping Method I feel like the fish are not as stressed as they were in some of the other shipments I have ordered from other companies.
