Guarantee request claim gone bad with saltwater fish.com
I received my clowntrigger reship guarantee and I am disappointed because it was Doa also and I liked it because it was bigger than the first shipment 5 inches.I did another guarantee request with pics and a message. They responded back asking for more info, so sent more pics and the same message asking for refund and they are not responding. I'm not going to waste any more of my time.I paid a $159 for a dead fish.I work too hard for my money to waste on fish I can't eat.I will continue to drive out of town to buy my fish so I can see what I'm buying, I won't order online anymore its too risky.many of these fish in this industry are cyanide caught .Please do your research on cyanide caught fish!!!
