Positives: Very healthy fish. Reliable sizing. Very fair guarantee( reflected in cost of the fish) Easy to reach minimum for free shipping(reflected in cost of the fish) Accurate inventory at time of order. Negatives: I find website difficult to navigate. Straight out ordering is ok, but to add on freebies and shipping, then input codes for each gets brain twisting. You may qualify for it but wont get it unless you enter the code. All in all tho, a reliable internet source for healthy marine fish. Thanks!

I received my 5 coral frag pack, 3 Emerald crabs, 2 peppermint shrimp, and 2 green chromis in perfect condition. I would recommend you dip your corals first, found some nasty hitchhikers on mine. They were all thriving and colorful. Update, 5 days later, i lost one of the green chromis and it was consomed by the emerald and hermit crabs. Saltwater fish.com wouldn't replace it because i couldn't provide a pic of the dead fish. I docked 2 stars for that. They have a 14day guarantee and wouldn't honor it. Sad, but i will take my business elsewhere.

Good experience Specials are definitely worth considering. Everything I have ever ordered has was delivered correctly. Sometimes live stock has died in transient but company was very good to refund the amount paid.
